Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (continental US) over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Spirit and Soul is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
